	<li>Bookings from a value of EUR190 must be canceled 72 hours before the start of the tour. From 71 hours onwards, 50% of the price will be charged. From 24 hours before the tour, the full price must be paid.</li>
	<li>The booking price will also be charged if the booker does not show up at the meeting point or arrives more than 20 minutes late. The waiting time of the guest guide is a maximum of 20 minutes.</li>
	<li>The agreed tour period is binding. Any additional costs (admission fees, table reservations, bus and boat tickets, etc.) that we incur due to the cancellation of agreed services by third parties will be charged to the customer if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the tour date.</li>
