This depends on the selected variant. The Self-Drive to Manapouri option starts and finishes at the Manapouri Visitor Centre, 64 Waiau Street. The Te Anau option includes return coach transfers from Te Anau, while the Queenstown option includes return coach transfers from Queenstown. The nearest major airport is Queenstown Airport for the Queenstown option and Invercargill Airport for the Te Anau and Manapouri options.

Single travellers can book the Single Occupancy option and pay the sole-occupancy rate for a private cabin. Twin-Share and Double Cabins require two paying guests per cabin.
